Holiday writing

 

On the first Friday of the term one holidays me and Sam, my brother got our own computers. When Dad's computer guy came with them he unpacked them and set them up with Dad, Sam and me.

Sam and I got one each. They are touch screen. They have a pen to use on the screen. We have a mouse and our own cases. We also are very lucky and have blue-tooth head phones. They can adjust to an iPad as well as a computer. Our computers are very helpful because they are good for writing and doing other stuff. Sam and I are learning how to use them properly. I am almost an expert at doing blogging and some other things on the computer.

Keyboard lessons

 

On a Thursday I play the keyboard. I go the the Barrington Mall to have a lesson.
I am on my 3rd book now. I have been doing it for almost three years. The songs that I am working on are called From The Top and Race Day. They are awesome pieces of music.
I do a one on one lesson with my teacher Miss Nicola. She is a good teacher.

My pancake

                              

In the holidays I had a pancake that my Mum made for me to eat. I loved it because it was very round and it was not too cold and it was not too warm and it tasted very nice.
It was not too big and not too small.
I loved the my pancake.

3D Drawing

This is a 3-dimensional object that I drew at my art lesson. I've never done a drawing like this before. I am really pleased with it because I didn't think it would turn out so good.
It took 2 weeks to do it.

Jayden and Deklyn reading

On Monday it was reading time in our class so me and Deklyn read a book to each other. The story was about light and the different patterns in the light. I found it interesting because it has different pictures of light. The book was awesome. We read for ten minutes. It is the best book at I have read.

How clouds are made

Once upon a time there was an old man and a little boy called Jim. They were up in the sky. The  old man had a box and inside of it there was a long handle and a big loop at the top of the handle but Jim did not know what it did.

The old man blew through it and made a cloud. Jim was a amazed so the old man let Jim have a go. But Jim blew a very small cloud. So the old man showed  him how to to do it properly.

Jim had another turn and he fell over and broke the metal hoop. The old man was terrified.Then Jim had an idea. It was to bend it into a star and now it can make star shaped cloud.

Now Jim can make heaps of other shaped clouds.

My pet is 9 years old.

I feed him meat.

He likes to smell lavender.

And he has light brown fur.

Sleep over writing

On Saturday my friends came over to my house for a sleep over. Their Mum's dropped them off at my house at about 4pm then we played on the Play Station. Deklyn had brought over his remote controls and some games to play.

We played outside. While we were playing Dad went to get pizza from Pizza Hut for dinner. We had pizza, chips and fizzy drink for a treat. After tea we went outside to play with the Nerf guns. We had some good shots at each other. 

Next we went to the playroom and put on Apple TV and listened to music. My little brother, Ben joined us. After that we got on the technology and watched a movie, The Muppets. Then we had a midnight feast we had lollies and fruit and biscuits. When it was time for bed we listened to some quiet music so we could get to sleep.

 I went to turn off the music so we could go to sleep but a  couple of minutes later we were all out in the lounge. Sam and Deklyn stayed on the couches and Harrison and I went to my bedroom and slept there for the night. We got a good sleep in the end. Sam and Deklyn said the were awake all night!! Not sure if I believe them though.

In the morning when we got up we played on the Play Station again. When Mum came out she made us breakfast. We got dressed and brushed our teeth. Mum went to the gym and Dad looked after us until Mum got home.When Mum got home we took Harrison and Deklyn home. We had heaps of fun together and I hope we can have another sleepover really soon.
