Rules on youtube:

1. It should be part of your learning.
2. Get permission from the teacher and they will supervise.
3. If you see something you don't like - show the teacher.
4. The teacher will publish your movies to YouTube - not you.
5. Searching for your favourite song is not a school activity.

Youtube is a place to publish your movies so they can be shared on your blog. Some of the movies published there are not appropriate for children. We need to make safe choices when we use Youtube.

4x3=$12

50x3=1.50

$13+1.50= 14.50

$13.50+$6.25=19.5

     How to make cupcakes.

1.Preheat the oven to 190ºC. Put 12 paper cupcake cases into a standard 12-hole muffin tin.              

2. Cream the butter, vanilla essence and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

3. Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder together and fold gently into the creamed mixture. Lastly stir in the milk.

4. Spoon the mixture into the paper cases and bake for 15 minutes or until the cakes spring back when lightly touched.

5. Transfer to a wire rack to cool and then ice and decorate as you wish.

Why Axolotls and special?

    Why Axolotls and special?

If you ever saw an Axolotls, you might think it looks like a dragon. It is very weird.  

Axolotls are weird because they look strange. Instead of having their gills inside like a fish, They have frilly feather like things on the outside of their head.

They also have no eyelids - because they are always in the water.

An axolotl is very strange because they eat each other because if the girl is bigger she thinks he is food. It is the same with their babies. If an axolotl has a leg chopped off it will grow back in a couple of week’s. This is called regeneration. Some scientists have even experimented and made a two headed Axolotl.

As you can see, an axolotl is pretty weird. I wish that I had one as they look like a very fun pet to have.

Play date with Harrison

On Wednesday in the term one holidays me and my brother Sam went over to Harrison's house. When we got  there we got out of the car and we took off our shoes and went inside. First we played in Harrison room and we and Harrison brother Felix tried to catch us and wack us on the legs and Sam tried to get Flex and he did and whacked him very hard on the leg’s and there was a mark on one of them. Then we had a play outside and we played cricket and then we came inside and we had lunch and for lunch we had pancakes and we had something to drink. Then we had a mother play and we went on the Xbox and on the Xbox we played cricket and we played a one dayer and we won the toss and we diced to bate first and we his heps of 6ers and 4ers and and we won the game. After that we  went to the playground in protein play ground and we played tag and we took the shelters and we played on the schter eater. Then on the way back we went to the deary and we got some lolly’s to eat but I did not fell very well so I did not eat them and Sam had them at home. When we got back to Harrison house we played inside and then Mum came and took us home.

           Harrison birthday party!

On saturday it was Harrison birthday party. When Jayden, Sam, James, max O, Liam J, Liam D, and maggie got there we had a play and then we played a game. I loved the game that we played it was the chocolate game. In the chocolate game you have to to put on a beny and a schiff and chop up the chocolate with a knife a fork then eat it until someone roul a six with a diece I did not want turn.Then we had the presons and I gave harrison a game when you put the hat on and you put water in it and you have to pall out the long stick and one of them will make the water come out and sometimes it not come out and then you are safe. Then we had a teacher haunt for the treather hunt we were groups and and I was in Harrison group for and a game like a thresher hunt I loved it but you had to find things and make a sentences. Harrison was the our leader then we were given a piece of paper and we had to got to the place in harrison house and around the garden we have to do the it in order we would have to go to where it is and go back to myer and tele here where it is. On the piece of paper is a clue and we had to do challenges were somewhere around the house and we had to do things like throw a basketball in a hop and we had to do it until you got it into the hop two times. Then we did some thing’s more like find the balls wily you are blindfolded and put it in a container and then we took off our shoes and put them at the door. Then we came inside to have something to eat like sausages and chips and lollies and for a drink we had lmp.Then we had a little play then we had Harrison birthday cake and I loved the cake. After that we had a long long play then we went home but Jayden and James  wanted to to stay there because it was very fun.

 

Wacky hair day 2017

                                    

On Wednesday it was wacky hair day for Springston school. Jayden and I had wacky hair. I had a mo-hawk and Jayden my brother had his hair sticking up and it was like it on the back too. Mum put coloured hair spray in it. The colours were red and blue.

When we got to school we signed in and then we played until the bell went. Then we went to our classroom and some judges came to our classroom.we just sat here until they had had a look around.

We did writing in our class. I did my writing on my computer. It was about how fidget spinner’s work.

After that we had fitness. For fitness we played a game when you use a band and we had to hold it behind our backs and the others in your team have to try to get your tail and when someone from your team gets it it is their turn to be the tail.

After fitness our class went inside and we got out feed and read and then we went out to break.

It was a very fun day and to cool to see everyone's hair done crazy.

I can see the shimmering water against the sun. The sun is as bright as a light inside. The pink,orange and purple sun set looks like a rainbow. I can smell cooled fresh air blowing in the breeze. I can see a little bit of wispy cloud. The water looks like candy floss.

On Tuesday it was the school Fun run so our class and Rakiura class went down to the springston pony club and we waited till it was our turn to race. My race was in the year 4’s and the boy’s and the girls. I came 8th I am very proud of myself. The it was the year 1 to 3’s turn to have their turn so they got into their years and into boys and girls and and then there buddies came and we helped them I was helping Louie and Harrison came with me as well. Then I went back to school and I got my stuff and I went to the playground with James and We played with each other. It was fun. Then it was time to go home.

A fidget spinner work when you use one of your fingers and you pick it and it make it go with make friction.

Fidget Spinners only have momentum when they are spinning. Fidget spinners have more momentum when they are made to spin faster.

Do bigger fidget spinners have more momentum? Heavier objects normally have more momentum but it depends on how fast they are going.

Do fidget spinners work when you spin them under water. They only work a little bit because there is not very much friction under water.
